Return and Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND:

We understand that you might change your mind and want to return your purchase. For this we have 2 days return policy for unused and unworn products.  

  • If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, customer shall raise return request within 2 days from the date of product delivery. 
  • We take utmost care of product quality and use appropriate packaging to avoid any damage during transit. However, if the product received is damaged or a wrong product is sent to you by mistake, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to claim refund. For this type of claim, a complete parcel opening video is mandatory, else refund policy remains void.
  • Email us at care@shopanasuya.com the product photos, order number, invoice number, order date and mention the reason of return.  
  • On authorizing the return request, we would arrange return pick up for you. 
  • If your PIN code is non-serviceable for the return courier, customer is responsible for returning the product to us on provided warehouse address. 
  • Please note, while refunding the amount, a fix amount of Rs. 250/- would be deducted from the product purchase price towards product restocking expense.
  • Return and refund are not applicable to customized products, the products marked as non-returnable and free items. 
  • COD charges are non-refundable 
  • Product to be returned should be unworn and unused, all tags should be intact and returned product should include all original tags, packaging and invoices, else refund policy remains void.
