Return and Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND:

We understand that you might change your mind and want to return your purchase. For this we have 7 days return policy for unused and unworn products.  

  • If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, customer can return the product to our warehouse within 7 days from the date of product delivery. 
  • We take utmost care of product quality and use appropriate packaging to avoid any damage during transit. However, if the product received is damaged or a wrong product is sent to you by mistake, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to claim refund, else product would be considered as used product. 
  • Email us at care@shopanasuya.com the product photos, order number, invoice number, order date and mention the reason of return.  
  • On authorizing the return request, we would arrange return pick up for free, if product return shipping charges do not exceed Rs. 70 and PIN code is covered by our courier partner. If the return shipping charges exceed Rs. 70, excess amount would be adjusted against customer refund amount.
  • If your PIN code is non-serviceable for the return courier, customer is responsible for returning the product to us on provided warehouse address. In this case, customer would receive Rs. 70 towards shipping charges with their refund.
  • Return and refund are not applicable to customized products, the products marked as non-returnable and free items. 
  • COD charges are non-refundable 
  • Product to be returned should be unworn and unused, all tags should be intact and returned product should include all original tags, packaging and invoices, else refund policy remains void.
